Registration Form

Full tuition payment is due on or before the first day of the scheduled class or camp.

A Ruhala Center representative will contact you regarding payment options when the registration form has been received.

We offer payment plans as a courtesy; the entire tuition amount is your responsibility. Barring severe medical problems (accompanied by a physician’s note) that prohibit class participation, this agreement binds enrollment and tuition. Agreed tuition of this contract is binding regardless of the student dropping the class (except for medical reasons).

If tuition is paid in full, and a medical drop occurs, a RHAC credit will be given for the remainder of tuition minus a $50 administration fee.

There is a 4% fee assessed on all Venmo payments if "turn on for purchases is used".

I waive any liability against The Ruhala Center and its employees for personal injury, illness or loss of property while participating in classes/performances for The Ruhala Center.

I authorize The Ruhala Center and its representatives to use photographs and/or videos of myself or my child, taken in conjunction with The Ruhala Center classes and events, in its advertising, public relations and/or promotion. I further understand that ALL video content and images taken during a Ruhala Event or class on the property of Ruhala Center and may not be used without written approval of Mark or Celina Ruhala (Owners). This would include uploading videos or images to YouTube and/or Facebook.

Only medically related refunds are given.

If you have enrolled in private lessons (as opposed to group classes), you have made a bold choice and one that will bring great opportunity to hone your skills. Please be prepared for your lessons with voice recorders or other required items. Please be on time; lessons are brief and we need to be prompt. 

Private lessons require working outside of class. If the work does not get done, the instructor may ask to suspend or stop the lessons. 

Please give us 24 hour prior notification if you are to miss the lesson. If we do not receive 24 hour prior notification, you will still be charged for the lesson.
